Hello, My name is Michele Rickitt and I specialise in providing therapy tailor made for each client. I regard all of my clients as individuals, and treat them with care respect and dignity. At an initial free consultation session I make an assessment of the client's needs. I then give a full explanation of what I think will work best for them, and the reasons for it. I can help people with phobias, anxiety, P.T.S.D., smoking cessation and weight management.
