I worked with students with autism for many years and became interested in the interplay between mind, body and behaviour.  I then studied psychology at Oxford Brookes and decided  to practice hypnotherapy as it incorporates perfectly, the mind, body and behaviour. This technique can be used very successfully.  It is safe and approved by the BMA (British Medical Association).

I use both EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) and Hypnotherapy in my sessions.  The areas that I deal with are as follows;  Phobias (dental,flying, claustrophobia, animals),  Stress Reduction, to aid clarity of mind at both work, home and socially.  Social Confidence (self esteem, dating, public speaking, management meetings, presentations. driving tests, exams, Interviews etc). I also  deal with issues of Anger and Frustration management.  This can be applied to all areas of our lives.   I also do a 1.5 hour stop smoking session. We have all experienced trauma at some level.  EFT can be used very successfully in relieving the painful part of the memories that still exist long after traumas have occurred.
