I am a fully insured, qualified psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and counsellor. I have been running a successful client centered therapy practice for 10 years and specialise in analysis. I work with individuals, couples and families. My consulting room is in a quiet location and I offer confidential, compassionate care. It is important that prospective clients choose the therapist that is right for them and to that end I offer a free, no obligation intial consultation. I am a supervisor for APHP (the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) and the HS (Hypnotherapy Society). I am also a trainer and examiner for the Essex Institute (formerly EICH) and am qualified in Meridian Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique or tapping (EFT) , Thoughtfield Therapy (TFT) Emo Trance, PLR  and White Time Healing. In addition I use parts work, inner child and NLP to facilitate positive change in my clients' thoughts and/or feelings and/or behaviour. I work with low self esteem/lack of confidence, habits, fears/phobias,  depression, weight control, anger/stress mangement, performance enhancement, IBS, tinnitus, diabetes, ME, sexual/physical/mental/emotional abuse and with other physical, mental and emotional problems.
