St. Helen's Hypnotherapy Clinic is run by Sue Elward who is a clinical hypnotherapist and qualified counsellor.  After working as a counsellor for a number of years she took up hypnotherapy as she began to feel that counselling was useful but not always as effective as it should be.   She now uses trance states to access and release trauma and facilitate counselling for all types of problems and destructive behaviour patterns.   She has a particular interest in obesity/weight control, smoking cessation, anxiety and stress, phobias, relationship problems.    First consultations are always free.  Phone or visit our website for more information.
