Hello,    My name is Lynda Burgess, I trained with the Innervisions School of Clinical Hypnosis, which is an accredited course with the General Hypnotherapy Register and I am now  registered with them. As well as being on their General register, I am on the specialised smoking cessation register, and also specialise in IBS and stomach disorders, phobias, panic attacks and anxiety states. I also can offer therapy for confidence building, stress  related problems, pain management, weight control and many other problems.

Hypnotherapy is very effective for stopping smoking, and all of the above. It is a totally natural phenomena, and is a very pleasant and relaxing experience. There is no question of being controlled or manipulated, the client is in control at all times, nobody can be hypnotised against their will or made to give out any secrets.

I am a qualified EFT practitioner (Emotional Freedom Technique), trained to level 3 Gary Craig approved. EFT can be used alongside hypnotherapy, or as an alternative and is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same meridians used in acupuncture, which has been used to treat physical and emotional problems for thousands of years. EFT can be used for elimination of phobias, reduction of food cravings, pain relief and much more.
